TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All people selling food MUST send CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION OF A FOOD PREMISES
Please Note:
- In the event of a cancellation or withdrawal from the Show by the exhibitor, for whatever reason, all monies paid to the society will be forfeited.
- In consideration of the Society granting the use of the site ?I/We agree to release and discharge the Society, its agents and employees from all liability whether in tort, contract or otherwise and including but not limited to liability for negligence for any accident, injury and/or loss and damage to property, you, your employees, agents and third parties arising from your activities and use of the site before, during and after the Dalwallinu and Districts Agricultural Show.
- I/we agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Dalwallinu and Districts Agricultural Society Inc. (A copy can be obtained from the Secretary).
- Under no circumstances is alcohol permitted to be served on the grounds without prior permission from the Society.
There is no 3 faze or 480v power points.
Recreation Centre trade bays are limited and will be supplied on a first in basis.
Trade applications to be?received?no later than 31st July 2022.
NO DOGS, only guide dogs will be permitted on the grounds
