Our organisation is a not-for-profit community group which depends on it’s volunteer helpers, so if you have some time to spare come along and enjoy the fun of the show, we would love to see you!

• Grounds personnel to assist in setting up Inside & Outside areas
• Cleaning out Poultry Shed (Storage of show equipment)
• Cleaning of cookery cabinets

Friday

• Grounds personnel to assist in setting up Outside areas
• Cleaning Toys for Kiddy Area

Saturday

• *Help on Entry Gate – One hour shifts
• *Help with Supervising of Little Kiddies area & the Pedalos
• Rubbish Collection
• *Photographer, show day photo?s for web & facebook page

Sunday

Outside

• Rubbish pickup
• Dismantle outside
• Re assemble oval fencing

Inside

• Pack away stage and display boards
• Pick up rubbish
• Vacuum Recreation Centre
